Aayushi Laliwala, PhD

Aayushi completed her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha. Her research focused on the fabrication of paper-based sensors for identification of bacterial species using machine learning. Her efforts in this project awarded her a competitive fellowship, as well as multiple presentation and poster awards. During her M.S. degree, Aayushi gained experience in formulating nanoformulations for spinal cord injury treatment. Aayushi’s research interests include formulation development, analytical chemistry, and machine learning.
